College Application Process

Computers are available to Public Schools and Non-Profit organizations.

1. Fill out an application. There is a $65.00 non-refundable processing fee due when you send in the application. If you are unable to pay in full at that time, you can make a cash, credit or debit card payment for the additional monies, at the time you pick up the computer. We cannot accept checks on class date. Please call to make financial arrangements to pay by class date, if unable to pay when sending in the application.
2. Allow 4 to 8 weeks for processing and preparation of your computer.
3. When your application is processed, you will receive a letter in the mail stating a date when you can pick up the computer. At this time, there will be a tech available to get you started and/or answer any questions. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian is needed to sign paperwork.
4. If you did not send a check for the entire amount due with your application, you will need to pay cash, money order or credit card, for the remaining balance when you pick up your computer.
